Q. What does it cost to sell my property?

A. We charge a very competitive 0.7% of the selling price if the owner manages the viewing. If we manage the viewing the charge is 1%

Q. Do you manage all aspects of the sales negotiation?

A. Yes we do, we have a very experienced team of negotiators

Q. What is the charge for letting my property?

A. The charge is 10% of the rental income per calendar month

Q. What happens if something goes wrong during the tenure?

A. We will keep you informed, if the property needs a repair we will  arrange to have it done

Q. Can you look after the property if i go travelling?
